Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

Hey @Mofe_Doyle,

Thanks for writing in and for sharing your report! From your account admin, I can see you’re running Roon Server and Roon on a macOS machine.

Do you see the Roon Jellyfish on your macOS taskbar? You should see it in the upper right-hand corner if Roon Server is running.

If you don’t see it:

  1. Reboot your Mac
  2. Access your applications folder
  3. Right-click Roon > show package contents
  4. Expand the contents folder
  5. Double-click ‘Roon Server’ to manually open it

Let me know if this helps get Roon Server started. If successful, you’ll see the Roon Jellyfish I’ve mentioned above.
