Roon support is not available at the weekends, so whilst waiting for them to follow up with you next week … I’ve posted Roon’s support’s general advice on this below… I hope it helps…

If the trouble is logging into the Roon software, it is worth noting that the process involves logging in via a web browser. The pop-up might be blocked by the default browser, depending on your settings. In that case, there are a few things that can help:

  • Rebooting your Roon Server

  • Clearing the default browser’s cache and cookies

  • Temporarily changing your default browser

  • Checking to ensure that you don’t have popup or cookie blockers preventing the redirect

Carl has already outlined some excellent troubleshooting steps above — could you please let us know whether any of those helped resolve the login loop?

One additional thing that often helps in cases like this:
when Roon redirects you to the browser for login and you get stuck in the loop, try copying the full login URL immediately after the redirect and pasting it into a different web browser, then complete the login there. Once the login succeeds, you can return to the Roon app and it should proceed normally.

Adblockers or content filters are common culprits for login loops with Roon. They will intercept the URL redirect back to the Roon app, prevent authentication.

Please try disabling any adblockers you have setup on your default browser if you’re still having issues.
