Describe your network setup

Velop mesh network with room server hard wired

Do you have a Static IP address for the core ? I experienced a similar issue, but changing back to DHCP resolved the issue. I have no idea why.

I use a Velop mesh that reserves the ip based on the MAC address. When I revert to DHCP, it still gives me the error.

Hello @Andrew_Lightman,

Thank you for reaching Roon support.

We went ahead and enabled diagnostic mode for your account. It seems that the downloaded update file is corrupted for some reason. Please delete all related Roon files from the /tmp/ folder and restart the Roon services to start the new download.
