· I cannot install Roon on my Windows PC - gives the error message "Error decompressing data! Corrupt installer?" After reinstalling my Windows 11 Pro operating system, I tried to reinstall Roon controller and got this error message. Roon installed and worked fine before I did the clean install of the operating system. What should I do? Roon version 2.62 (build 1641), windows 11 pro, roon nucleus.

Whilst waiting for Roon Support to follow this up for you, can I suggest deleting the downloaded Roon Installation file … RoonInstaller64.exe and redownloading it from the Roon Download site, see link below…

The installation was being impeded by an overaggressive virus protection program. I turned it off and the file downloaded and installed flawlessly. Many thanks!
