Can you share the specific name of the playlist? Are you over stable wifi when you attempt to download it?
With that, can you please share a screenshot of the internal storage space within your Arc settings?
WiFi is stable, I have no network issues. The playlist download fails immediately for my larger playlists. They are smart playlists. I downloaded two smaller ones successfully, one with 633 tracks and one with 733 all hi-res tracks.
The playlists that fail immediately to download are ‘All FLAC tracks SP’ that has 15928 tracks and ‘All ALAC tracks SP’ that has 7741 tracks.
