Roon doesn’t officially support Windows for ARM.
I installed ROON about two years ago, but I’m unsure of the version.
Perhaps like this and you might have to download some compatibility pack.

The core of the issue is that Roon does not currently offer official support for Windows on ARM architecture (such as the Microsoft SQ1/Snapdragon processors used in some Surface devices). Roon requires specific OpenGL functions to render its user interface, and Windows on ARM devices with Adreno GPUs often lack native support for these standard graphics libraries.
A Potential Workaround As @Suedkiez helpfully pointed out, some users in the community have found a workaround by installing Microsoft’s official translation layer. You can try this by downloading the OpenCL™ and OpenGL® Compatibility Pack directly from the Microsoft Store. This pack attempts to translate the required OpenGL instructions so your ARM processor and GPU can understand them.
Please Note: While you are absolutely welcome to try installing that compatibility pack, please keep in mind that because Windows on ARM falls outside of our official hardware requirements, this setup is currently out of the scope of our official support. We cannot guarantee its stability or provide deeper technical troubleshooting if the app continues to struggle.
