Error linking paid Nugs account to Roon (ref#PG9R4H)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

Tell us what's going on

· I have a previously existing paid Nugs account that I have been attempting to link to Roon. Unfortunately, I receive an error when I attempt to do so. A red box indicates that I need to upgrade my account. My Nugs account is paid up and current. Am I missing something regarding the linking of my account to Roon?

Tell us about your home network

· Roon Server is running on Nucleus Titan, which is connected via ethernet to NetGear switch. Synology WRX560 router is connected to Surfboard SB8200 modem.
