Error logging in ARC on reinstall

Port forward tested and working

Number of Tracks in Library

Description of Issue

I had to do a database restore and since then Arc has not been able to connect… reset port forward tested ok
Deleted the Arc app and reinstalled

Tried to log in and get the following error
Reset password… no go (wifi or off cell)

I’m not even prompted for a captcha which is odd
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Btw never had an issue before

Fixed by clearing chrome cache and history restarting my iPhone 15 ios17
