Thanks for writing in! Based on your account information, it looks like your Roon Server machine is running an outdated version of Roon: 2.0 (build 1413) production, we’re currently on build 1442. I’d first upgrade to the latest version of Roon and Roon Server, and let me know if you’re still having issues logging in.
I have confirmed that I’m on version 1442. I have reset the Roon server and database on my Grimm MU1 and I’m still getting the same error message when I log in.
If this is an iOS Roon Remote, then please try disabling any Content Blockers:
Go to Settings
Tap Safari
Tap Extensions
Tap to turn off listed content blocker
Then, navigate to the Roon accounts page in Safari on the same device and try to log in there. If that login is successful, sign back out from the accounts page.
I followed the instructions but no luck - I’m still getting the error InvalidRecaptcha message when I try to log in. I have deleted and reloaded the Roon app and changed my password and that didn’t help either
Do you by any chance have any other devices you can try to log in with? What happens if you try to temporarily set another default browser on your iOS device and try to relogin?
