Describe the issue

Hi, I use an Intel NUC on which I installed Roon OS.
When I start any Roon client, being on any MAC or any iOS device, I get a message that the Core Kit needs to be updated. When I click on update button, II get an error message saying there was an error during the verification. Same thing when I try from the web user interface. Any help appreciated.
Installed Version of the Roon Optimised Core Kit: 2.0 (build 1234) production

Describe your network setup

Router is a TP-Link Deco M9+

Hey @Alain_Hoffman,

Following up on @Carl’s reply - I’d also be curious to see if updating your ROCKs DNS via the webUI would help you. Here’s more info on how to access the webUI:

Thanks to both of you. I used the webUI and changed the DNS setting from 4.4.4.4 to 1.1.1.1. and it solved the issue. The update was found and installed afterwards.
