Error message when connecting to Qobuz despite working network (ref#749QM6)

Hello, When I try to connect to Qobuz I have an error message asking me to check my network connection.
However, it works perfectly.
Operating system Version 1.0 (build 259) production
Software Version 2.0 (build 1470) production
I don't know how to solve this problem.

What is the specific error message you’re receiving? Do you have any issues using the Qobuz web player?

Do you see this issue regardless of the remote device you use?

As a first step, please set up a direct ethernet connection to your primary router, removing any network gear between the two.
