Welcome to the forum and thanks for reaching out. Can you please confirm the country that you are trying to sign in to Roon from, is it from China? If so, do you have a router-level VPN? Please note that if you are in China and are impacted by the Chinese firewall, you may have issues using Roon services, please refer to the below guide for more information:
