Describe the issue

Just set up Nucleus one, signed in and was told that I had another server, (my laptop that I was using as a server), and when I clicked the unauthorize box, the roon icon spins briefly, and then I get a message that asks "Are you online" and "Please check your Internet connection and try again". I am obviously connected, as I can browse and sign in. My laptop is connected wirelessly, and the nucleus one by Ethernet cable, but both show up as servers when I log in. How do I unauthorize my laptop?

You might try logging out of the server on your laptop and shutting it down (also check to make sure it is not running in the background).

You might review this, also?

Hello @Rich_Jackson1,

Thank you for reaching out to Roon Support.

Please try manually unauthorizing your laptop by navigating to Roon → Settings → General, and then logging into the Nucleus again, as suggested by @bearFNF.

Let us know if you encounter any issues after completing this step.

Hi @Rich_Jackson1,

We still haven’t seen the Nucleus One ping our diagnostic servers, so we wanted to ensure you’d seen the message above.

If you’re still having issues, please try to access the Nucleus Web Admin page and share a screenshot here, including the Networking section.

Let us know if we can clarify any details. We’ll watch for your response. Without a post from you here, this thread will close for inactivity - you’ll simply need to open a new request to re-open the conversation. Thanks!
