Describe the issue
"Error verifying account". Can login from Qobuz app.
We’ve reviewed the diagnostics from your system, and they show that Qobuz is rejecting the login credentials being provided by Roon. The response we’re receiving from Qobuz indicates an invalid username/email and password combination.
01/18 11:42:57 [Local 01/18 11:42:57] Warn: [qobuz] [http] error result from http request: {"status":"error","code":401,"message":"Invalid username\/email and password combination"}
Please double-check that the exact same email address and password work when logging in directly on the Qobuz website (not the app), and then re-enter those credentials in Roon under Settings → Services → Qobuz.
If you’re using a password manager, we recommend typing the credentials manually to avoid hidden characters or outdated entries.
Once the correct credentials are entered, the connection should complete successfully.
Well, it doesn’t help. All this is tried before I sent in the issue.

Have you tried again? It is plainly clear from the error message, which was sent to Roon from Qobuz, that either the password or username (or both) are incorrect.
Based on the diagnostics, the response we’re receiving from Qobuz continues to be a 401 “Invalid username/email and password combination”, which means Qobuz is rejecting the credentials at their end. Unfortunately, this is not something we can override or fix from within Roon.
At this point, the recommended next step is to reset your Qobuz password directly on the Qobuz website, then wait a few minutes and sign in again in Roon using the newly created password.
Please make sure to:
Reset the password via the Qobuz website (not the app)
Manually type the new credentials into Roon (avoid copy/paste or password managers)
Confirm the account works on the Qobuz website before re-adding it in Roon
Once Qobuz accepts the credentials, Roon will connect automatically.
If the issue persists even after a password reset, Qobuz support would be the best point of contact for further investigation on their side.
It worked with changing the Qobuz password
Still I don’t understand why the problem occurred. The first ten days there where no problem with the credentials and I haven’t altered them until now.
But everything works as it is supposed to now so thank you for helping out.
