· When I try to change my profile picture, saving fails every time with: "There was an Unexpected error: UnexpectedError." I've tried from several different computers and get the exact same result, so it doesn't appear to be specific to one machine, which makes me think it's server-side on your end.

· Ubiquiti UniFi network. UCG Ultra gateway, UniFi switches, the Core is wired. The Core sits on its own VLAN; Roon Remotes are on the LAN and discover the Core without issues
Thank you for reporting this and for taking the time to test it across multiple machines! Your troubleshooting instincts were spot on—this is indeed a known server-side bug on our end, not an issue with your Mac or your network configuration.
The good news is that our development team has already identified the root cause and implemented a fix for this exact error.
The patch is currently in the pipeline and will be rolled out in an upcoming software update. We recommend keeping an eye on the Roon Software Discussion > Software Release Notes category on the community forum so you will know exactly when the fix goes live. Once your system updates to that new release, you will be able to save your profile picture without any errors.
