According to diagnostics, this ROCK has updated to build 1442 and is currently online. However, we want to determine the underpinning issue with automatic updates.

It’s usually the case that the address from which RoonServer pulls the update is failing to resolve.

First verify the DNS server assigned in your router settings is reliable. We generally recommend Cloudflare (1.1.1.1).

If that doesn’t help, then please post a screenshot of the ROCK’s web admin page.

We’ll proceed from there.
