Error when playing to KEF LS50W

Still having some issues, Connected fine, Audio devices KEF LS50W is visible but when I press play it says:

Transport Roon lost Connection of the audio device

Thanks for contacting support, I’d be happy to assist here. I have a few questions:

  • Can you please let me know, do the tracks play at all on the LS50s even for a short duration of time or are they not playing at all?

  • Can you confirm that the KEF stream app is completely closed before attempting playback?

  • Are the LS50s on the same subnet as your Core?

  • How have you connected the LS50s to your network? WiFi or Ethernet?

  • If they are on WiFi, can you please try connecting them via Ethernet (even temporarily) to see if you experience the same issue?

  • As @dylan mentioned in the other thread, I would suggest getting all of your devices on the same subnet as the first step here. Designating just one router and placing the other in Bridge Mode will be helpful in minimizing network issues.

Please let me know your findings when possible.
