Error You haven't backed up yet


Running Roon on a Mac mini I get the message “you haven’t backed up yet” When I hit the “x” the message immediately reappears. I’ve already programmed scheduled backups and last night I forced a backup which I can see in my files.

How can I get the error message to go away??

Hey @Gary_Swergold – I saw this last week, and it was really annoying :slight_smile:

The problem is that I couldn’t figure out how to make it happen again, which we would need to do in order to fix the bug (obviously, this is not the designed behavior).

If you have any ideas about what you were doing when this started, let us know – I’d really like to figure out this bug so it never happens again.

In the meantime, I think this will go away if you restart your remote. If not, just let us know.

Had this when I first loaded roon onto my new Android phone. Went away after I rebooted it
