I am looking over the diagnostics from your account and it looks like your Eversolo was last seen on a different subnet range compared to your Roon Server. Typically, this means that there are two routers handing out IPs on your network, and for Roon to work properly, all devices should be on the same subnetwork/VLAN. Where is your Roon Server and Eversolo connected? Does one of the switches connect to the modem? Often ISP modems also have a built-in router, and the best way to solve this if you are in that situation is to set one to “Bridge Mode”.
