Eversolo internal SSD not recognized in Roon Folders (ref#AX6UTF)

What’s happening?

· My library isn’t working correctly (local/streaming, importing, or storage access)

Describe the issue

Eversolo internal SSD does not appear in Roon Folders. The SMB folder appears in the storage menu. Reads connected and watching for new files. It should find 30 tracks already stored there.

Ethernet connected Everolo and Mac Studio.

Thank you for reaching Roon support.

Regrettably, due to the SMB shares limitation, it is not scanned in real-time. You can either use force rescan or change the scan time intervals.

Tried RESCAN, no files appear. And the locations does NOT appear in the Folders menu.

Can you please confirm what kind of tracks you added to the Eversolo? Are they regular FLAC/MP3 tracks? It does look like Roon is connected to that share, so it is strange that nothing is being found. If you connect to the eversolo via your Mac, the tracks are all listed under the Share folder?

There are .flac, .wav, .dsf, files.

Here’s the finder screenshot of the folder. Is it established correctly.

Showed up now. Needed to grant permission from the Mac Studio.
