Hello @RMSX7

Thank you for the detailed report, and I apologize for the playback interruptions you are experiencing.

The exact behavior you are describing—music failing to start after turning the endpoint off and on, which started after the recent Roon update—is a known issue tied to our latest release (build 2.58). This is currently affecting several Roon Ready devices across different manufacturers.

You have already discovered the best temporary workaround for now, which is simply restarting your Roon Server (the Nucleus One) when the endpoint drops off.

Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause to get a permanent fix out as soon as possible. To keep all reports organized and ensure you receive the latest updates directly from our developers, I am going to move your post into our main tracking thread for this specific issue.

You can follow along and receive updates on the fix here: Roon Ready playback failing to initialize after update to 2.58 (Restart potential workaround) - Roon Investigating

Thank you for your patience while we get this sorted out!
