Exact contents of the Roon Backup

The online help says Your Roon database is full of information about the music you love. In addition to your library’s metadata, it also contains any edits you’ve made, your play history, all of your Roon playlists, your favorites, your settings, and more.

It doesn’t elaborate what more is. Specifically, I need to be sure that the DSP Settings and saved EQs are backed up. Are these part of settings? I would think they would get backed up too, but I need to be 100% sure they are, because my IT admin wants to re-image my laptop solve an unsolved OS problem.

Hi @hacker19,

The Roon backup is an exact copy of your database. All information currently being saved by Roon, including device & DSP settings, are included.
