I’ve been using Roon since the beginning of 2026. In January I ordered and paid for a Nucleus One right away. After a 5-month wait it finally arrived, and when I contacted support about the 11th Anniversary promotion, they immediately applied the 11% discount retroactively. Thank you for that!
Last evening I reached out again regarding the upgrade from my Annual subscription (which I had renewed only three weeks earlier) to Lifetime. Genia responded very quickly and handled it fairly — she granted me a partial credit of $137 for the unused portion of my Annual plan.
I’m now on Lifetime at the discounted price and very satisfied with my setup. The Nucleus One combined with Roon delivers an outstanding music experience.

The lifetime membership was a great move for me: April 2016. The Roon program does so much more than back then. Great improvements along the way. You had a long wait for the Nucleus One. I upgraded to a Nucleus Titan on my ten year anniversary from a Nucleus Plus A and had it in a week. Genia was a great help to me as well.
