Yes, you can export:
How do you mean, sync? You can’t sync the file within the Roon program, but you can access the Nucleus storage from another computer and run a sync program there. It’s how I let my NAS sync my files from the Rock NUC to the NAS. For accessing the Nucleus storage, see SMB Connection (Alternate Option) here:
It says “You can copy music to this drive”, but you can also copy from it.
