Export playlist to itunes

Hey guys,

Looking for a way to export my Roon playlists to iTunes for my iPod in my car. The export function currently exports all the music associated with the playlist which is not idea.

iTunes and Roon watch the same music folders so would only need a iTunes compatible playlist to make this work.

Playlist (m3u) Export WITHOUT the music files

Can we please have a way to export just m3u playlist without the need to copy the music files themselves? I don’t need to duplicate my files. Just want to be able to generate m3u playlist from Roon. There’s no other player I have used without this simple feature. I’m actually surprised that the Roon community is not bothered by the present implementation of playlist. I wrote about this before but was completely ignored by the community and @support Thank you.

I second the motion, please add m3u exporting as a feature. I don’t want to spend hundreds of hours on curated playlists, with no way of exporting them to other programs. All music files are on my local NAS. I am a new user and was really surprised this feature does not exist. I was surprised to find it exports the music file. I wouldn’t use that feature, why would I want duplicate files? A simple m3u would be preferred.
