Description of Issue

Can connect to the roon core, but fail to load the GUI via IPad and iPhone roon remote, no matter I reboot the roon, the nas, also cannot load the GUI.

If this issue is still happening, could you please try:

  • uninstalling the Roon Remote app
  • restarting your iPhone and iPad
  • reinstalling the Roon Remote app
