Have you tried restarting your roon core? This sometimes works.

Thanks for contacting support, I’d be happy to assist here. Are you able to login on TIDAL’s website using the same credentials? As @ged_hickman1 suggests, rebooting your Core and all networking gear would be a good first troubleshooting step. I would also try to “disable” and then “re-enable” TIDAL from Roon Settings -> Services page:
