Description of Issue

I logged into kkbox on the page I jumped to and then jumped back to roon unable to log into my account, after loading it says ‘login failed’.

It works on PC’s roon core but not on Synology. (In the same internet environment)

When the login works on the PC, are you using any VPNs or a direct connection to your ISP?

Is it connected to the same switch/router as well? Both on Ethernet?

Yep, I use vpn to help me access kkbox.
PC core and Synology core are both connect to one ethernet.

Exact the same problem here, KKBox+Roon works on Mac but not Sinology–Login Failed Error. Desperately need to solve this–Let me know if anybody have any luck

Are you still seeing this issue at the present time? Are you using default DNS servers on the Synology? Can you try to use Clouflare or another DNS server and see if this helps?

Still now working, I don’t think is the issue of DNS.
