Failed to login to Roon after reinstall on ROCK (ref#XS7ATC)

Ive reinstalled Roon on my ROCK and it failes to login after Ive signed into room from the site.

Sorry to hear you’re having issues gaining access to Roon on your ROCK. Are you able to access your Roon account from logging in on the website?

Where specifically is the failure taking place? Are you able to open the web browser authenticator? If you could, please reproduce the issue and then share a set of Roon Server logs from your ROCK, you can use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?

I’d also double-check any firewalls or third-party pop-up blockers to ensure no interference.
