Fails adding music to library / metadata improver halted

I have an error message that I am not able to solve. The loading bar “adding music to Library” never finishes. And also the Metadata Improver is halted, saying that Roon needs to be updated to the latest version. I fail to understand why since I think Roon should be at the latest version.

Try rebooting the machine with Roon.
