We have migrated to Qobuz from Tidal (and recommend it) but the process to migrate services is stupidly hard in Roon.
We have hundreds of favourited albums. Roon won’t see the Qobuz album now since it thinks the Tidal album is the favourite.
Please make favourites service agnostic, I like the album not the service’s album.
One of the reasons we bought Roon was due to my assumption that managing different services as they come and go will be easy, this was a mistake. Roon is really disappointing us with a missed opportunity - it really must be service agnostic, what’s the point otherwise.
