I’ve noticed a few times that the heart-icon isn’t available for every artist.
(but curiously, I can ban the same artist via the 3-point menu).
For example I can not add “Maren Morris” to my favourite artists.
Why is this fature missing at some artists?
Do you have an album in the Roon Library where Maren Morris is the primary artist? Only artists that are in the library (which they are only if you have an album by them in the library) can be favorites.
However, since the latest Roon update it is possible to ban artists that are NOT in the library to prevent them from being played by features like Roon Radio and Daily Mixes.
(Before this update, it was first necessary to add them to the library so that then they could be banned, which was nonsensical).
