I have RoPieeeXL running Roon and Librespot. My DAC and power amps do not have adjustable h/w control. This isn’t a problem with Roon where I can set max volume and safeties, but is a concern with Librespot. Furthermore, Spotify is used by guests, so they don’t know my system. It’s possible to slide volume and get into painfully high levels.
I’d like to be able to limit the software volume in RoPieeXL Librespot settings.
