On some albums that I stream from Tidal, the Roon file path show low mp3 quality, yet at the same time showing Red Book CD standard of 44.1khz/16 bit. That doesn’t seem right. Other albums show high quality (lossless). Are some Tidal albums mp3 files? If so, why does Roon show them as 44.1/16?
Yes, sometimes you can find an AAC file in TIDAL and its sample rate can be either 44.1/16 bit or 48/16 bit.
