File transfer issue to Roon Server's SSD on new Mac running Sierra (ref#4KM6OE)

Describe the issue

I have a new Mac running Sierra. I am unable to drop files from the Mac on the Roon Mac desktop app and have the files copy to the internal SSD in my Roon Core. This is how I did this on my old iMac. Things just hang. I am able to see the internal SSD in Finder. A bit more info. I am able to run Roon on the new Mac, and play music both from streaming services and off the internal SSD.

Is anyone aware of a setting that needs changes to get things working again?

ethernet connection of Mac and Roon core to an Orbi wifi router.

. . . and the solution this time come from my wife, who suggested, “Hey, why not just shut down and restart the Roon Core.” So I did, and presto!

Payback is going to come Sunday when I have to try to install a new light contraption above our dining room table.
