File Xfer from USB drive to Nucleus Internal SSD

If I rip CD files on my laptop to FLAC format onto a USB HDD, can i plug that drive into the USB port of a Nucleus and easily transfer files to a SSD that is installed in the Nucleus? I assume that process would be handled through ROON?

Above items on order but i was wondering if I could start ripping CDs now.

No, you can only copy to the internal Nucleus drive from another pc via the network. So, no nee for the USB drive, just copy the files over the network. Or, use the usb drive and leave the files on it.
