Thanks for sharing the screenshots above. We’re still not certain on why you’re having issues with the Windows machine specifically - but perhaps a full removal and fresh install of Roon may help in this case. Steps to follow below:
After you uninstall Roon, navigate to C:\Users\[*Your username*]\AppData\Local
and delete all Roon folders:
RAATServer
Roon
RoonGoer
Perform a fresh install (download here)
This points to the issue technically falling outside of Roon, and likely is tied to the windows machine itself. Perhaps getting in touch with the manufacturer directly would be a useful next step as well.
Lastly, (and my apologies if I’ve glazed over this), I see you’re running two different Roon Servers via Linux, with one named “RoonServerDocked.” Do you have these issues no matter the machine running Roon Server? And is one instance of this actually running Roon Server within a Docker container? Unfortunately, this isn’t a supported server instance.
