He appears not to have a TiVo/allmusic entry and, although he has an entry in MusicBrainz, none of his albums are listed. Our artist equivalence is derived from album equivalence so we need at least one album under his MusicBrainz entry which overlaps with one on the streaming service(s). BTW, he’s not listed as a member of Intergalactic Lovers - Wikipedia.

I agree that Floris Francis Arthur is never mentioned in the album credits of The Intergalactic Lovers.
However, a number of flemish music websites do mention him as musion (guitar & piano) as musician playing with the band.

He was also a member of the Van Jets, under his real name Floris De Decker

Can’t find him back in a credit in My Library myself, so I have no clue how he managed to appear.
