Folder Action Dispatcher on Mac

After perhaps a week of running non stop I get problems with playback via Roon, dropouts, freezing etc. I have just accessed activity monitor on my Mac mini and having a process running called ‘folder action dispatcher’ , it is using 25% of my cpu and has been active for 2+ hours, is this a Roon process? Or can I just disable it?

I don’t think this is us. I’ll double check, but give this a read.

Thanks Mike, had seen this but don’t want to disable something that would affect my watched folders, would be good to have confirmation that I can disable it
