Description of Issue

The Roon program only freezes on the desktop after a while. This is not the case on the phone.

Welcome to the Roon Community, we’re sorry that it’s taken a while to get to you and that an issue prompted your visit. We’re happy to help you figure this out.

Can you give us a little more detail about what’s happening? Does anything specific cause this, like minimizing the app, using other apps then returning to Roon? Do any of the buttons function as expected when this happens?

I’ll be watching for your response and get back to you as soon as I can.
