The log entries you provided display the standard remote connectivity heartbeat.

Roon Server must periodically verify its external IP address and test the port forwarding configuration with our cloud infrastructure. This continuous polling is required so that Roon ARC knows exactly how to reach your server from outside your local network at any given time.

If you are not experiencing performance degradation or connection failures, this is expected behavior. No action is required, and these log entries can be safely ignored.
