Describe the issue

Roon keeps dropping live radio and music, while I have NO problem at all with Tidal or my Naim MuSo, when I use them independently. Getting a bit sick of Roon to say the least!!

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the frustrations.

Does this mean that even the same radio stream through Roon shows no issue when playing via the MuSo? If this is the case the issue is related to the router → B&W path, so I would investigate further in that direction.

What is the exact model of the router? Are you able to temporarily try an Ethernet connection for the speakers to see if that improves behavior? Have you looked into improving the WiFi channel selection on the router to avoid congestion from other networks yet?
