Describe the issue

Playing music is interrupted freqently, for seconds or even longer and sometimes just ends. Irregardless if I play wireless or connected through ethernet.

Describe your network setup

Setup is a Windows PC (processor intel I7) that operates as RoonServer, ethernet and wireless through 4 Netgear Orbi 973 mesh routers. Speaker systems are Lumin (ethernet, seems the only one that plays without interruptions), Bose Lifestyle 600 (ethernet, frequently interrupts), KEF LS 50 and KEF LSX (wireless, interrupts, when I connect LS 50 through ethernet it is OK). Roon seems to freeze frequently, or shows it's playing whilst there is no music, or pauses frequently.

Thanks for reaching out! I’ve activated diagnostics mode for your account and I’m seeing the issue only on the KEF side so far. We have an active ticket into the KEF error you are receiving and have a fix in testing scheduled to go out in one our upcoming Roon release(s).

Can you let us know the exact local time + date + track when you notice the issue on this zone next?

Where is the Lifestyle connected in the mesh router sequence? Is it connected to the main router?
