I apologize if you have already received this message as I am new to the forum. The Grimm MU2 has 8 Gigs of Ram.
Thanks for responding. Grimm MU2 connected direct to router using Ethernet. Occurred last night with one album, which I still cannot listen to because of same error message. Occurred on another album but that apparently self-corrected as I can now play it. Netgear router is Netgear Prosafe GS 105 - not expensive, probably $65 in 2020. Roon is not crashing. I will need to find out Ram size. Again, thanks for your help.
Hi @Steven_Wolz ,
Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the forum!
Can you please confirm the name of the affected artist/album? We can then enable logging to see if logs provide any further clues, thanks!
Thanks for your timely response. The album is Bach: The French Suites - Artist - Zhu Xiao-Mei. However, for some inexplicable reason it is playing fine now. Did your team take any pre-emptive action or did this self correct? I attempted to play multiple times over the past few nights with the same error message but now it works. I am very much relieved. Thank you.
It occurred with the same artist on another album as well as another artist on a different label but both those albums are now playing fine.
