Please try to restart your Roon Server by closing the Roon Server app in the taskbar (MacOS), task manager (Windows) or rebooting your Roon Server machine.

It has the Galaxy s25 Ultra and its operating system uses Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy. I want to know why it's not running here.

Could you please try uninstalling the Roon ARC app from your phone entirely, and then reinstalling it using our official .apk installer? You can download the file directly from this link:

Download Roon ARC .apk

In the past, manually installing the app via the .apk file has successfully resolved similar issues for many Samsung device owners.

Please give this a try and let us know if it helps resolve the problem for you.
