Generic problems - generic solutions?

I have an ongoing issue with my Live Radio playing appr. 30 minutes late.

I have seen a peculiar pattern that these kind of problems occur from different users. Also problems like “Roon lost control of audio device”. It quickly turns into very techy jibberish and then Roon support in some cases goes 1:1 with the customer. After a short while - and without a shared solution - the thread is killed off.

Why is that the case with very common problems? It should be in everyone’s interest in a community to show and explain solutions to generic problems.

Do you have an idea why Roon does this?
