Client had the Nickelback album “Get Rolling” for months. Suddenly it is now gone. The client attempted to rip the CD and the album doe snot appear. The album is not unde skipped tracks.
I wasn’t aware of a dealer support channel. Can you direct me?
I found that the cd ripper was not seen by the Nucleus. I disabled and enabled it in the Roon software and this resolved the issue on two occassions, and I have reached out to BluSound for assistance
