Getting the Best out of Yggdrasil - AES / USB endpoints

Went through several iterations. Note that this is an original Yggdrasil, with gen 3 USB rather than gen 5. The main ones were 1) microRendu+LPS-1>USB>Y, 2) microRendu+LPS-1>USB>Singxer SU-1>S/PDIF>Y, 3) Auralic Aries Extreme>AES>Y. The improvement from 1 to 2 was greater than from 2 to 3. 3 is also better than 2 simply because it has fewer parts/fewer cables to worry about/go wrong.

I ordered an Yggdrasil GS2 with Unison USB a couple of days ago and plan to use all but one of the inputs to connect a Nucleus+, Wiim Pro, Parks Audio Puffin, and Denon CDP.

I will be using the USB for Nucleus+ (of course) then RCA coax, BNC via RCA adapter, and AES/EBU via 75 ohm to 110 ohm transformer. I assume that optical Toslink is still the least desirable input on the Yggy, or do you think there would be little difference with one of my coax solutions?
