Description of Issue

I’ve downloaded Google Drive to the Mac Mini and have set a Google Drive folder as my storage location. When adding files/albums to this folder on Drive, the subsequent syncing and appearance inside Roon on the recent activity tab (added) is widely varying from 30 minutes, to 8 hours, to the next day.

Is this just a known issue with using Drive as your location? Or is there anything I can test/change in Drive or Roon settings to make this import quicker?

Adding a new album to Drive, and then going into Roon settings>storage>force rescan does not seem to do anything, with today’s attempt at 10am finally appearing tonight at around 7:30pm

I’ve also tried logging out of the Roon app and back in, and removing the Roon core and re-adding it, but neither seems to import the files.

Actual playback of tracks from Google Drive is instantaneous and without issue.

Are any other Google Drive users out there who can advise?

Many thanks in advance.
