Great Customer Service from my Favorite Radio Station

I thought I would give a shout out to my favorite radio station here in Kansas City. 90.9 The Bridge KTBG is a listener supported radio station out of Warrensburg, Missouri and serving the KC area. They play a wide variety of alternative music and everyone who visits me from out of town listens and wishes they had this station in their town.

I looked them up on TuneIn and found them. But when I added to Roon I received an error upon playback. So I contacted the station via email and told me about it. They sent me a couple of URL ending in .mp3, but they did not work to import into Roon. I told them about the failure and they worked with their engineering team to create URL’s that work with Roon. The new links work!

I am impressed by their customer service. They are going to correct the information in TuneIn, but if you want to try them out you can add via either of these two links:

The forum interface converted the links into a player icon. Try this: Remove the brackets and add .mp3 to the end of the URL

or
[https://ais-sa1.streamon.fm/7347_64k]
